Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisory leader to work with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and delivering consistent results.

You will lead on the front lines of our field team, manage student and seasonal staff, and ensure excellent service while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operations.
• Execute opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and interpreting directives.
• Set daily/shift goals and provide feedback to managers and associates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling skills and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer service.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability for results.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies.
