• Lead store operations as Manager on Duty and address customer needs.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and drive results.
• Open/close routines including deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Set daily direction and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Model selling behaviors and build genuine connections with customers.
