Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive growth across the store, lead a customer‑savvy team, and ensure consistent execution of operational tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a focus on building a customer‑first selling culture and guiding teams through peak periods

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer‑first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de‑escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as manager on duty as scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with sales leadership to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminate directives.
• Set daily shift direction and goals as associates start work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and engaging store environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
