Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team daily, manage openings/closes, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Thrive in a customer-first retail environment.
• Foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and openness to feedback.
• Ability to coach associates in-the-moment.
• De-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Support action plans to improve results with the Sales Leadership Team.
• Execute opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
