Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive sales performance.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and product flow to the sales floor.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory integrity.
