Job summary

The North Face in the United States is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support the store leadership team, drive a best-in-class customer experience, and uphold brand standards in merchandising and operations.

You will coach and develop associates, monitor KPI progress, supervise daily store tasks, assist with stockroom operations, training, and onboarding, and partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and achievements are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Supervise daily store operations: opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
