Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards.
• Model selling behaviors and mentor associates to meet targets and service levels.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations, inventory management, and product flow to sales floor.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure timely product replenishment.
