Job summary

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand delivering underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. As a Supervisor, you will lead daily store operations, coach team members in selling and product knowledge, and drive sales performance while upholding brand standards and an inclusive culture.

You will ensure operational excellence, manage tasks across opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and visual standards, and partner with leadership to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams; ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customers and partners.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset and deliver personalized service.
• Coach Team Members in selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling support.
• Manage daily operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Drive results by tracking sales performance, setting team goals, and celebrating wins.
• Support training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
