SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily operations on the sales floor, modeling exceptional customer experiences and upholding our brand values. You will coach Team Members, manage zone performance as the Sales Floor Captain, and ensure tasks like opening/closing, cash handling, and cleanliness meet standards.

The role requires prior supervisory retail experience, a passion for fashion, and the ability to motivate a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or management experience in retail/fashion

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with a Customer Obsessed mindset.
• Occasionally serve as Sales Floor Captain to drive zone performance and team motivation.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness are executed.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Track sales performance, set team goals, and celebrate achievements to Drive Results.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor inventory and visual standards throughout the day.
