Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily store operations and a customer-obsessed sales floor. You will coach Team Members, manage zone performance, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and store cleanliness.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, brand values, and creating a high-performing team environment. You will drive product knowledge, support launches, and help meet store KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet Open/Close procedures, cash accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments, encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Assist leadership in training new Team Members and reinforcing standards, values, and policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs by tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
