DoorDash is hiring a Manager on the Retail Pricing & Planning team to own the planning, operating rhythm, and economics of the Retail business. You will collaborate with Strategy & Operations, Finance, Product, Partnerships, and Platform teams to keep Retail on plan and drive growth and profitability.

You will set the metrics that matter, run weekly business reviews, and translate targets into actionable operating plans, including pricing and merchant economics in partnership with the Platform

Formación

• 6-8+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with comfort using data and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Own planning, operating rhythm, and economics of DoorDash Retail.
• Define metrics, run weekly business reviews, and drive quarterly planning.
• Own pricing architecture and merchant economics in collaboration with Platform team.
