Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments (tech/e-commerce/strategy/ops).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and comfort with data, able to move between cents and millions.
• Experience with SQL and building models/tools to enable decision-making.
• Ability to define pricing structures and merchant economics in collaboration with Platform/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define the operating cadence to keep Retail on plan and lead weekly reviews.
• Own pricing and merchant economics, collaborating on fee architecture.
• Translate targets into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
• Model scenarios and tradeoffs; build tools to automate repeatable tasks (AI tools encouraged).
• Report to a Director on Retail Strategy & Operations and act as IC with potential team-building in future.
