DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Manager on the Retail Pricing & Planning team to own planning, cadence, and economics for DoorDash Retail. You will partner with Strategy & Operations, Finance, Product and Partnerships to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include defining metrics, leading weekly reviews, and shaping quarterly plans. You will model pricing, merchant economics, and automate where possible using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA is a plus.
• 6-8+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional roles.
• Strong financial acumen and data fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, operating rhythm and economics of DoorDash Retail.
• Define metrics, run weekly business reviews, and drive quarterly planning.
• Own consumer pricing and merchant economics architecture with partners.
• Bridge planning, pricing and commercial strategy across retail categories.
