Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals Retail Pricing & Planning team seeks a Manager to own planning, operating rhythm, and the economics of retail. You will partner with Strategy & Operations, Finance, Product, Partnerships, and Platform teams to define metrics, run weekly reviews, and drive quarterly planning to growth and profitability.

You’ll own pricing architecture and merchant economics, translating targets into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive with data-informed approach.
• Comfort using SQL to pull data, build models and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, operating rhythm and economics of DoorDash Retail.
• Define metrics, run weekly business reviews, drive quarterly planning.
• Own pricing and merchant economics in partnership with Platform teams.
