Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager for New Verticals in Retail Strategy & Operations to own planning and pricing for the Retail business across multiple US locations. You will partner with Finance, Product, Partnerships, and Platform teams to optimize merchant economics, drive profitability, and enable scalable growth.

You'll build models and tools, leverage SQL for data-driven insights, and lead the cadence of quarterly planning and weekly reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and comfort with data.
• Ability to model and build tools to automate tasks.
• Experience in pricing, planning, or forecasting in commerce/retail.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, operating rhythm, and economics of Retail business.
• Define metrics, run weekly reviews, drive quarterly planning.
• Set pricing strategy and merchant economics in partnership with Platform team.
• Build frameworks for tradeoffs and convert targets into operating plans.
