Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager on the Strategy & Operations team to build new Retail products, identify right-to-win opportunities, and drive analysis-backed strategy from idea to launch. The role blends strategy, operations, and product work with a focus on rapid prototyping and AI-enabled tooling.

You’ll partner with product, design, analytics, and engineering to scale innovative Retail offerings and to push the business forward through experimentation, dashboarding, and data-driven

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional settings.
• 2+ years solving problems to build and scale products in fast-paced environments.
• Owner mindset with accountability for outcomes, good at taking initiative.
• Entrepreneurial bias for action and ability to build from the ground up.
• Comfort with data-driven discussions using SQL and Excel; AI tools optional.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategy to serve customers and merchants.
• Create tracking dashboards and own week-over-week metrics.
• Build models using SQL, Excel and AI tools to evaluate costs/benefits.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments with measurable results.
• Launch new products and scale initiatives from concept to reality.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across growth, design, marketing and product.
