Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for New Verticals - Retail Strategy & Operations. This role builds Retail products from the ground up, identifies win areas, and collaborates with product, design, analytics and engineering to launch initiatives.

The position blends strategy, operations, and product; you’ll prototype ideas, draft visions, and synthesize analyses, leveraging AI tools to automate workflows. Hybrid work with periodic in-person days; reporting to a Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in analytical, cross-functional roles.
• Proven ability to pull data and build models to inform decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine retail strategies from first principles.
• Create dashboards and track key metrics with weekly/quarterly targets.
• Build models to evaluate programs and experiments using data.
• Translate strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, analytics and engineering.
• Partner with teams to scale newRetail products and initiatives.
