Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Retail Business Manager (RBM) to lead the Brevant Seeds district portfolio, focusing on strategic account planning, pricing and product promotion. This role drives retailer relationships, coachs RSA teams, and coordinates district-wide training and product strategies.

The RBM will own local business planning, execute seller strategies, and collaborate with area leaders to ensure strong product confidence and market success. Occasional travel to rural locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing (or related field)
• 3–5 years of sales experience, coaching individuals
• Willingness to travel and work in rural environments

Responsibilities

• Lead account planning, forecasting, strategy execution and product promotion within the district
• Build strategic relationships at focus accounts and support RSA efforts
• Manage pricing, promotions, programs and discretionary funds to align with district strategy
• Coordinate training and product strategies with RSA and location managers
• Own annual business planning for focus accounts and drive seller strategy
