Vylor is hiring a Retail Sales Agronomist for Brevant Seeds serving South Central Minnesota. You will own relationships with retailers, train sellers on Brevant products, and plan strategies to grow demand across the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years in agronomy and sales, a background in agronomy and crop production practices, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. A driving record background check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years agronomy and sales experience.
• Must be able to provide an agronomy skillset, selling tactics, negotiation skills, and influence.
• Understanding of Agronomy and Crop Production practices.
• Understand the key Crop Protection product offerings in the Territory.
• Understand changing market dynamics and build a network of strategic sellers to drive demand within the territory.
• Ability to pass driving record background check.

Responsabilités

• Own the relationship, product training, demand creation, team-selling, and portfolio planning with retailer sellers.
• Provide product training and support, through in-person or various media forms, with a retail seller.
• Leverage and promote the portfolio, support the process, and instill knowledge as well as confidence in sellers.
• Understand and execute account level strategy with retail sellers by collaborating with Retail Business Manager (RBM).
• Maintain sellers focus on planning their efforts where they can drive business forward; own the seller plan.
• Drive the seller’s ability to demonstrate value beyond products to create product demand.
• Coordinate efforts with functional leaders in the area (APM, SBC, customer service, supply, etc.).
