Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Northwest Iowa seeks a Retail Sales Agronomist for Brevant Seeds to support field sales and product training. You will own retailer relationships, train sellers, and drive demand for premium Brevant products.

You will coordinate with the RBM and Area Product Manager, plan seller activities, and lead in-field agronomy sessions to expand market share. A strong agronomy background and sales mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required.
• 3–5 years agronomy and sales experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate agronomy skillset, selling tactics, negotiation and influence.
• Understanding of agronomy and crop production practices.
• Knowledge of crop protection product offerings in the territory.
• Ability to build a network of strategic sellers and forecast demand.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship with retailers and provide product training and support.
• Drive demand creation and portfolio planning with retailer sellers.
• Promote and leverage Brevant portfolio with retailers and customers.
• Coordinate with RBM, APM, and cross-functional teams to execute plans.
• Lead in-field trainings and agronomy meetings to grow product adoption.
• Monitor inventory and contribute to plot strategy and selling tactics.
