Vylor invites an experienced Retail Business Manager to lead Brevant Seeds initiatives in Eastern Nebraska. You will manage account plans, promotions, pricing, and product strategy while supporting RSA efforts across key retail partners.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in agronomy, business, or marketing and 3–5 years in agricultural sales, with willingness to travel to rural locations and coach field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required.
• Minimum 3–5 years sales experience in ag/retail environment.
• Ability to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and coach.
• Willingness to travel to rural locations; agronomy knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead account planning and forecasting aligned with DL strategy.
• Execute pricing, promotions, programs, and discretionary funds.
• Build and maintain relationships with focus accounts and locations.
• Train and support RSA efforts to drive product confidence and team selling.
• Own the location and account level business plans and execution.
