• 3–5 years sales experience, managing and coaching individuals.
• Ability to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and coach.

• Lead account planning and forecasting for focus accounts and districts.
• Execute pricing, promotions, programs, and discretionary fund strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for account issues and coordinate with RSA and locations.
• Drive training and product strategies to create demand and team selling.
• Coordinate with area managers and cross-functional teams to execute seller strategy.
