Vylor is seeking a Retail Sales Agronomist for Brevant Seeds to serve Northwest Iowa. You will own key retailer relationships, provide product training, and coordinate demand creation with the RBM.

The role emphasizes agronomy knowledge, sales experience, and negotiation skills to grow product adoption across the territory. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in agronomy, business, or marketing and 3–5 years in agronomy and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years agronomy and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to provide agronomy skills, selling tactics, and influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with retailers and manage product training and demand creation.
• Demonstrate and promote Brevant products through seller training and support.
• Coordinate with Retail Business Manager to execute area strategy and seller plans.
• Drive seller ability to demonstrate value beyond products to create demand.
