Vylor Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Agronomist for Brevant Seeds in Northwest Iowa. You will own retailer relationships, provide training, and drive demand through field sales activities and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of agronomy and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to provide agronomy knowledge, selling tactics, negotiation, and influence.
• Understanding of Agronomy and Crop Production practices.
• Ability to pass driving record background check.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with retailers and lead product training.
• Promote the portfolio and build knowledge and confidence among sellers.
• Collaborate with Retail Business Manager on account strategy.
• Drive seller plans and coordinate with strategic retailers.
• Demonstrate Brevant value beyond products to generate demand.
