Job summary

The Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Store Team Leader in Indianapolis, IN to support the Store Leader and management team in achieving annual operating goals. You will coach hourly staff, participate in recruiting, and uphold Goodwill’s mission and values in daily customer interactions.

Responsibilities cover operations, staff development, and financial stewardship, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
