The Store Team Leader at Goodwill Legacy Group supports the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and management team to execute the store's annual operating plan. You will make judgments involving customers, staff, operations, business priorities, and compliance with company policies to help the store run smoothly and achieve its goals.

In this full-time Indianapolis position, you will coach hourly employees, participate in recruitment, track daily sales and donations, implement process

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service or retail setting.
• Ability to coach and give feedback to improve performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across channels.
