Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Store Team Leader in Indianapolis to support the Store Leader and management team in meeting annual operating plan goals. You will guide staff, ensure policy compliance, and represent the mission in daily interactions.

Key duties include coaching hourly staff, participating in hiring, driving daily operations, and monitoring sales, donations, and budgets. Knowledge of basic computer skills is required.
