Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its retail team in the United States. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales.

You will manage scheduling, training, and execution of company standards, including merchandising, loss prevention, and storefront presentation. The role requires strong leadership and ongoing collaboration with the Store Manager and corporate support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and achieving sales targets.
• Able to coach and develop staff while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work unsupervised when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead store teams to meet KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness according to guidelines.
• Support inventory and cash handling procedures during shifts.
