Job summary

MINISO USA in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, mentor trainees, and ensure visual merchandising and inventory controls are maintained.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred in business/admin related field.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and store performance.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet sales targets.
• Promote Miniso membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention of staff.
• Manage inventory levels, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Miniso handbook guidelines.
• Handle cash and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrinkage.
