Job summary

MINISO USA in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain merchandising and visual standards while driving sales performance and productivity.

You will lead and mentor a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with Miniso policies. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in retail management and leading teams is expected.
• Ability to relocate or travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; ensure store presentation is top quality.
• Drive sales performance and productivity through effective leadership.
• Manage inventory, shipments, and losses in collaboration with LP.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Oversee staff scheduling and adherence to policies and procedures.
