Qualifications

• Able to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team including Assistant Store Manager and sales staff.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in every aspect of the role.
• Maintain store execution: customer service, merchandising standards, SOPs, and sales performance.
• Drive membership program sign-ups to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee all store operations and performance; develop store employees.
