PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a motivated Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to store performance. You will support sales goals, assist in staff development, and help manage payroll and scheduling while ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Weekend/evening hours and overtime may apply; retail software and MS Office familiarity are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years' experience in a focused, customer service‑oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate effectively.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to systems.
• Computer skills and familiarity with basic MS Office and retail software.

Aufgaben

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store per brand values and service standards.
• Help store meet or exceed sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession planning of staff.
• Assist with payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while serving customers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink control; support counts.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and adhere to store policies.
