Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a retail team member to provide exceptional customer experiences in-store. The role supports store sales, service, and merchandise handling while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in customer service retail, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is required. Base pay ranges with bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Help the store achieve/exceed sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies, procedures, core competencies and accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends/evenings/holidays.
