Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time store associate to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our brand values.

You will help drive sales and store profitability through effective planning, service excellence, and accurate merchandise handling. The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings and holidays, with base pay shown as $18.00–$21.00 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistently high standards of customer experience and service.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning and execution.
• Manage payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Communicate and act on merchandise opportunities with store leadership.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise while following policies.
