Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service retail, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information clearly.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and adaptability.
• Basic MS Office and familiarity with retail software/POS.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Help the store meet sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to balance service and profitability.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership and optimize inventory.
• Support inventory accuracy and shrink reduction; handle stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
