Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic retail software.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the Store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and service.
• Responsible for payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering the highest levels of service to customers.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Responsible for handling and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise; maintain stock integrity.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, core competencies, and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
