Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time store associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. You will assist in payroll control, merchandise handling, and daily store operations, supporting a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service retail, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to store software and MS Office. Weekend/evening shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service oriented retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store according to PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Help store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, sales and service
• Assist with payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering service
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
