Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will support store leadership in staffing, training, and daily operations while upholding the brand values and performance standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings. Base pay is $21.00–$24.00 hourly, with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service-focused retail environment (apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly; basic computer skills and retail software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store per PUMA Brand Values and service standards.
• Help the Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession planning of staff.
• Assist with payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service levels.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and operating procedures.
• Be flexible to non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
