Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule with a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Project and Change Management: plans and manages own work to complete routine job responsibilities.
• Problem Solving: close supervision for routine work with detailed instructions for non-routine tasks.
• Technical Skill: basic knowledge of procedures and methods and customer service fundamentals.
• Community Engagement: serve as an ambassador for Goodwill in the wider community.
• Maximize the value of donated goods and maintain store standards.
• Coordinate rotation of goods for a continuous flow of merchandise.
• Support training and coaching of employees and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Assist with hiring: phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate as service experience leader (SEL); manage tills and cash controls.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment; ensure safe equipment operation.
• Work with Store Management on loss prevention procedures.
• Complete required reports timely and share insights with leadership.
• Communicate and implement policies; report concerns to leadership.
• Plan and organize work to improve customer service and protect assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
