Casper seeks a Store Supervisor in Chicago to lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will champion a customer-centric, consultative sales culture and ensure smooth floor execution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a people leader in retail, sales, customer service or hospitality.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional leadership with track record of developing top talent.
• Strong communication and influence to build consensus.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Hours: 40+ hours/week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Step in for Store Manager during absences (opening/closing, visuals, safety).
• Lead and advise sales floor team with a goal-driven approach.
• Model ownership, continuous improvement, and target achievement.
• Maintain training standards and product/systems knowledge.
• Improve store operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate product/promo schedules with Casper HQ.
• Oversee inventory, flag shortages, assist cycle counts.
