Job summary

CVS Health in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and performance. You will lead the store staff when no manager is onsite, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures to maintain high service standards.

Key duties include supervising the crew, handling customer questions and complaints, merchandising and price setting, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
