Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of store systems and merchandise flow.
• Ability to coach and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Promotes a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Provides and accepts feedback and coaching to Associates.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
