Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Store Sales Manager in Tulsa to lead selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across front-end and service operations.

You will coach teams to meet brand standards and KPIs, oversee POS systems, BOPIS and delivery services, and coordinate with in-store programs and framing operations to ensure smooth, omni-channel performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling standards.
• Coach staff to deliver a high-quality customer experience and KPI results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and sustain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for accurate, smooth transactions.
• Manage in-store programs: Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and coordinate with the frame shop where applicable.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards, protection plans, and additional Michaels services.
