• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and in-store programs like Loyalty Rewards, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building in assigned departments
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink
