Safelite Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a single retail location, guiding front-line associates to deliver memorable customer experiences. This role oversees operations, inventory, cash handling and safety, with emphasis on staff development and service excellence.

The position requires leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong office proficiency, with a focus on maintaining store standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience.
• 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.

Aufgaben

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and achieve world-class customer service.
• Address customer complaints and warranty issues promptly and process losses or repairs.
• Manage work orders and routing of mobile jobs to ensure timely transit and proper loading.
• Train associates on installation techniques and internal platforms.
• Monitor productivity, inventory and store cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
