Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Tennessee to lead store operations, coach a team of Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with district and regional management to drive sales, protect assets, and maintain efficient in-store processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price, big box, or similar retail environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance, asset protection, and accurate record keeping.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain expected customer flow at registers.
• Run the overall store operations and receiving SOPs, including transfers, debits, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff while driving store results.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning in collaboration with Store Manager.
