Responsibilities

• Safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience; provide service training and leadership to staff.
• Manage POS transactions in line with policy; handle sales, discounts and refunds.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, price changes and markdowns.
• Ensure merchandising and visual presentation meet company standards.
• Manage payroll related tasks: scheduling, budget compliance, time and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports; reinforce operational standards.
• Oversee loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop understanding of day-to-day store operations.
