• High school diploma or equivalent or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with employees, customers, and management.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment to hire qualified candidates and build a diverse team.
• Develop and implement training to ensure staff follow policies and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching for professional growth.
• Take disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain standards.
• Supervise store operations, including inventory, merchandising, sales floor, and customer service.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and monitor security risks to mitigate threats.
• Communicate openly with the Store Manager and participate in regular performance meetings.
• Assist in corrective action plans and ensure issues are resolved and outcomes tracked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
