Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois seeks a Store Operations Associate to assist in managing the retail operation, including merchandising, admin tasks, HR functions, and professional store conduct. You may stand in for the Store Manager and support all store functions from sales to donations.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory flow, arranging displays, driving customer service, and upholding safety and loss prevention practices.
