Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store Operations professional to create outstanding customer experiences and supervise all department functions at the grocery level. You will support day-to-day grocery operations, enforce the Customer 1st strategy, and uphold Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, and safety.

You will lead scheduling, staffing, product knowledge, promotions, and inventory processes while ensuring food safety, budget awareness, and store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
